The History
Not much is known about the property.s history other than there is an underground well somewhere on the property and at one time was Native American property.
The Setting
South Central Oklahoma, Stratford
We had received an email from a homeowner in Stratford OK asking us about the activity in his home. T.J. (Homeowner) explained in the email about the activity that had been going on for the past 18 months. There have been several phenomenons happening in and around the household he explained. One of the most common occurrences is hearing a singing voice from inside the house at night. This was also reported by a friend of Holley (Homeowner.s Daughter) whom had stayed a night in the home. Also T.J. has a shop building behind his home and has heard several noises and felt a presence more than once. He also had an event where the broom to his automatic sweeper had fallen over on its own. The weight of the broom was approx 20lbs and not easily manipulated. T.J..s wife also has reported some strange occurrences. One night she woke up and heard a male voice say .You know what to do.. She has been woken up several times by a female voice calling .Mom. to her.
After hearing all of the details of the case, we decided to conduct an investigation. Logan called T.J. and made arrangements for a Saturday night investigation. Logan, Erik and Laura hopped in the Blazer and headed south toward Stratford. Now, being so close, we had to drive to Ada to eat at Jack in the Box. Shortly after the meal we arrived at the home to talk to the homeowners and setup for the investigation. Everyone told their stories about everything that had been going on. After that was done, T.J. took us on a tour of the home and the shop outside. When the tour was completed, we then gathered all equipment and began the sweep of the area.
We started in the home and made our way to the shop and outside the surrounding areas. No anomalous EMF or Temperatures were captured. We also ran the recorders for EVP. Photos were taken. We entered the living room area where we decided to conduct the sitdown. Everyone had a chair to sit in and we set the array up as normal. During the sitdown, several people reported hearing a whispering of a female in the front door area. Also T.J. and Laura reported a cold spot over by where they were sitting. When the sitdown was over, we packed everything up and decided to chat for a while. Several times we heard what appeared to be a popping of a soda can that was nearby. We investigated the can and there was no indention to where the can would have been popped and there was no rational cause to the can popping. We will be investigating this residence in the near future for more data and will post all positive data we capture from EVP/Photos as soon as possible. The video will shortly follow.

Return Visit Dec 3rd/4th 2005
As we had visited this home before, we decided to once again make the drive to Stratford to see what anomalies we could capture. We had a stroke of bad luck when it came to our last data. The tape that was recorded on walkthrough and sitdown was damaged when attempting to transfer the feed. Also we determined that 1 of our 3 EVP was an FP. So, with the potential and history the house had, we packed up and headed out.
Now, with us being so close to Ada, we again stopped at the glorious Jack in the Box to eat. This is a luxury in Oklahoma for there are only 2 (yes that’s right TWO) of them in the whole state. We ate until we couldn’t eat another bite and headed to the residence. We visited with the homeowners to see what had or hadn’t been going on since we had left. With the weather temperature rapidly decreasing to winter climate, Laura and Holley decided they would stay inside for walkthrough of the shop.
As they were exiting to go outside, Logan lost his balance and took a spill to the ground. This was not paranormal in nature just a tad humorous. They did a short sweep of the shop and hurried back inside. The sweep of the home came up with no positive readings for anomalies. During the sitdown, both members and homeowners heard faint music. Also whispering was heard and noted. We are still going over the tape and EVP for anything confirmed. Results will be posted as soon as we have them.
Also during this trip, Erik was able to spend a bit of time reviewing the abstract for half of the land. As no surprise to us, it clearly stated in the begining, it was designated Choctaw indian land which had been subdivided into 100 acres lots, which were further divided later. The land changed hands numerous times once from a forclosure and bankruptcy, and once from the death of the owner. When available, the remainder of the abstract will be reviewed, which will hopefully shed some light into the mystery.
